The setup rule

One-day setup begins after your card is saved, onboarding is complete, and access is received. No charge is made during the trial. Your 14-day clock begins only after your agent is live and your first test Signal is approved.

And if we don't get your agent live within 5 business days of receiving your completed onboarding and access, the trial simply does not start.
