The setup rule

One-day agent setup begins after your card is saved, onboarding is complete, and access is received. A website plan takes longer, because going live depends on your own domain, GitHub and Cloudflare setup. No charge is made during your 30 days, and they begin only when your service is live and you approve it — so a slow build never eats your free days.

And if we don't get your agent live within 5 business days of receiving your completed onboarding and access, your 30 days simply do not start.
