The program

First Signal ("we," "us") operates a text-messaging program that sends messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you send us, and updates about the service you requested. Messages may be sent using an automated system.

How you opt in

You join by submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form at firstsignalagents.com/sms-opt-in.html, by texting us first at 508-419-4081, or by giving us your number and consent verbally or in writing. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan — First Signal does not charge for the messages themselves. Delivery is subject to your carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our texts. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again through any method above.

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; carrier support may change without notice, and we are not responsible for such changes. We may update these terms; continued participation after an update means you accept the change.
